This course is designed to prepare clinicians for safe, compliant, and effective practice in the home health setting. Learners will gain foundational knowledge of home health services, skilled nursing responsibilities, clinical procedures, documentation requirements, quality assurance standards, incident reporting, and Medicare compliance expectations.

A passing score of 80% on the Final Assessment is required to successfully complete this orientation program.
